Carriage Gate Morgans, Inc. is happy to offer Horse Camps for your children. We are asking registrants to select your options below for the week(s) of camp. If there are not enough campers for a particular week, Carriage Gate Morgans reserves the right to cancel that week. The registrants of the cancelled week will have the option to choose one of the other weeks available.  

Requirements:

Parent(s) are asked to drop off and pick up their children within the hours of camp. 
Early and late drop off/pick up are available at additional cost and must be arranged in advance. 
Camp registration is limited to 8 campers each week.
Minimum age for camp is 8 years old.
 Parent(s) need to ensure their children bring their own lunch, drinks, snacks and a change of clothes.
 Campers need to arrive in long pants and closed toed shoes.
 Change of clothes can been shorts for afternoon activities.

Camp will be open during the week Monday - Friday (9am – 4pm).

Some of camp topics and activities may include:

Introduction to horses, different breeds, markings
What does it mean to “own” a horse?
Health and well-being, feeding, stable management
Grooming, anatomy, styles of riding
Riding daily (weather permitting)
Games on and off horses
PAINTED PONY DAY – camp #1 activity! (includes bathing a horse- change of clothes will be needed)
